  • By using Share Location application, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use
  • Continued usage of location services while the app is in the background can excessively drain battery
  • Share Location collects your location data and other personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and age, to enable you to share your location with others
  • You agree not to use Share Location for any unlawful, harassing, abusive, or stalking purposes. You may only track or share the location of individuals who have given you explicit, ongoing consent to do so.
  • Share Location is intended for casual location sharing. You acknowledge that location data provided by the app may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. You agree not to rely on the app for emergency situations, life-saving circumstances, or critical navigation.
  • Share Location service can be provided on free or paid basis
  • The free version of Share Location is supported by third-party advertising. By using the free service, you acknowledge and agree that you will be presented with advertisements.
  • We use third-party advertising and analytics partners. By using Share Location, you acknowledge that we may share certain device identifiers and usage data with these partners to serve ads and improve our service, subject to your consent preferences and local laws.
  • For detailed information on how we and our third-party partners collect, use, and manage your data—including your rights regarding targeted advertising—please review our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
  • Auto-renew option can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings
  • Subscriptions are managed by the user
  • You can discontinue Share Location service at any time in your Apple Account Settings
  • Thien Ly reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion for any reason
  • Thien Ly reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  • All original content, features, functionality, and intellectual property associated with Share Location are the exclusive property of Thien Ly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THIEN LY DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR MATERIAL PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIEN LY DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE LEGALITY OF THE USE OF ANY OF THE Share Location APP SERVICES IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE OR IN ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL THIEN LY BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE Share Location APPLICATION. THIEN LY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUES, EVEN IF THIEN LY HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIEN LY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, THE APPLICATION OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS. YOU ALSO SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIEN LY IS NOT LIABLE FOR COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENTAL LEGAL ACTIONS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE Share Location APPLICATION SERVICES IN ANY COUNTRY.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thien Ly from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy rights.
  • These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Thien Ly makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
  • You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use.
